Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch of asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse the asparagus under cold water and pat dry.
  • Trim the woody ends of the asparagus.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the asparagus in the oil mixture until coated.
  • Arrange the asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check for tenderness; it should be slightly crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Optional: sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
