  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly.
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges, about 1-inch thick.
  • In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the wedges.
  • Toss the wedges until they are evenly coated with the spices.

  • Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
