Ingredients
  

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup of barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  • Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel.
  • Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  • Mix brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  • Rub the spice mixture onto the ribs, coating evenly.
  • Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil.
  • Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 2 hours.
  • Unwrap the ribs and brush them with barbecue sauce.
  • Return the ribs to the oven for an additional 30 minutes, uncovered.
