Ingredients
  

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs.
  • Mix the spices in a bowl and rub them over the ribs.
  • Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  • Cover the ribs with another piece of foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  • Remove the ribs and discard the top foil.
  • Brush barbecue sauce over the ribs.
  • Broil the ribs for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
  • Let the ribs rest before serving and garnish with parsley.
