- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs.
Mix the spices in a bowl and rub them over the ribs.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Cover the ribs with another piece of foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Remove the ribs and discard the top foil.
Brush barbecue sauce over the ribs.
Broil the ribs for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
Let the ribs rest before serving and garnish with parsley.
