Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 1-2 cups shredded cheese
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Salsa

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned.
  • Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Prepare taco shells in a baking dish.
  • Fill each shell with the meat mixture.
  • Add black beans to the shells.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Let cool for a few minutes.
  • Top with tomatoes, lettuce, and salsa before serving.
