- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 taco shells
- 1 can black beans drained
- 1-2 cups shredded cheese
- Diced tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Salsa
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned.
Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
Prepare taco shells in a baking dish.
Fill each shell with the meat mixture.
Add black beans to the shells.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Let cool for a few minutes.
Top with tomatoes, lettuce, and salsa before serving.
