- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking oil or butter for frying
In a blender, combine rolled oats, banana, milk, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth and well combined.
