  • 1 cup of milk dairy or non-dairy

  • 1 tablespoon of honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Peel the bananas and cut them into smaller pieces.
  • In a blender, add the banana pieces.
  • Pour in the milk of your choice.
  • Add the yogurt for creaminess.
  • Include honey for sweetness, if desired.
  • Add the vanilla extract for flavor enhancement.
  • If you prefer a colder smoothie, throw in a few ice cubes.
  • Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Check the consistency; add more milk if too thick.
