- 500 g chicken breast cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers soaked in water if wooden
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well.
Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
While grilling, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
Once cooked, remove skewers from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
Drizzle the sauce over the skewers or serve on the side.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
