- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
Stir in 1.5 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Fold in the steamed broccoli until well-coated.
Pour the broccoli mixture into a greased baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter.
