Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  • Stir in 1.5 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Fold in the steamed broccoli until well-coated.
  • Pour the broccoli mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
