Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  • During the last few minutes of grilling, place slices of mozzarella on top of the chicken.
  • Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on a serving plate.
  • Place the grilled chicken on top of the tomatoes.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
