Ingredients
  

  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 apple optional
  • 1- inch piece of ginger optional
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • Water as needed
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the carrots thoroughly.
  • Cut the carrots into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  • Wash and core the apple, chopping it into quarters.
  • Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces.
  • Place the carrot pieces and apple in a juicer.
  • Add the ginger and lemon juice to the juicer.
  • If desired, add a little water for a smoother consistency.
  • Juice all ingredients until smooth.
  • Strain the juice through a fine mesh if desired.
  • Serve over ice, if preferred.
