- 4 large carrots
- 1 apple optional
- 1- inch piece of ginger optional
- 1 lemon juiced
- Water as needed
- Ice cubes optional
Wash and peel the carrots thoroughly.
Cut the carrots into smaller pieces for easier blending.
Wash and core the apple, chopping it into quarters.
Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces.
Place the carrot pieces and apple in a juicer.
Add the ginger and lemon juice to the juicer.
If desired, add a little water for a smoother consistency.
Juice all ingredients until smooth.
Strain the juice through a fine mesh if desired.
Serve over ice, if preferred.
