- 4 large potatoes peeled and sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs optional
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix sour cream, milk, and cream of mushroom soup until smooth.
Add the sliced potatoes and chopped onions to the mixture, stirring well to coat.
