- 1 lb boneless chicken breast cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 zucchini sliced
- 1 bell pepper cut into squares
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Add chicken to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Thread marinated chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
Place skewers on the grill, spaced evenly.
Grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Check that chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Remove skewers from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
