Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 bell pepper cut into squares
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  • Add chicken to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread marinated chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
  • Place skewers on the grill, spaced evenly.
  • Grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Check that chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove skewers from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
