Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers red, green, yellow
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken beef, or tofu
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the cooked chicken, beef, or tofu, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Toss in the sliced mushrooms and bell peppers, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  • Add shredded carrots and snow peas, continuing to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat the ingredients.
  • Stir in the bean sprouts for a minute until slightly wilted.
  • Mix the cornstarch with water and pour it into the skillet, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
