- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers red, green, yellow
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup cooked chicken beef, or tofu
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the cooked chicken, beef, or tofu, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Toss in the sliced mushrooms and bell peppers, cooking for another 2 minutes.
Add shredded carrots and snow peas, continuing to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat the ingredients.
Stir in the bean sprouts for a minute until slightly wilted.
Mix the cornstarch with water and pour it into the skillet, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
