Ingredients
  

  • 12 large cremini or portobello mushrooms
  • 8 oz crab meat fresh or canned
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  • In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined and creamy.
  • Spoon the crab mixture into each mushroom cap.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the mushrooms.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.
