- 12 large cremini or portobello mushrooms
- 8 oz crab meat fresh or canned
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined and creamy.
Spoon the crab mixture into each mushroom cap.
