Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the cranberries under cold water and remove any stems.
  • Place cranberries and chopped jalapeno in a food processor.
  • Pulse until finely chopped.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  • Add the chopped cranberry mixture to the bowl.
  • Stir in chopped cilantro and lime juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix until well combined and creamy.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
