- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
