- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Trim excess fat from the pork tenderloin.
Season the tenderloin generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and smoked paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Transfer the seared pork to the crockpot.
