- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large onion finely sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, sauté sliced onions in a bit of oil until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
