  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix in the beaten egg until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Carefully place the meatballs in the skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd.
  • Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  • Check for doneness by ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve hot with tzatziki sauce and your choice of sides.
