  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Sesame seeds for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and self-rising flour.
  • Mix until a dough forms; it should be slightly sticky.
  • Lightly flour your work surface and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into four equal pieces.
  • Roll each piece into a rope about 10 inches long.
  • Shape the rope into a ring and pinch the ends together.
  • Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
