- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
Bring to a gentle simmer and let thicken slightly.
Reduce heat and whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
If too thick, add more cream to reach desired consistency.
