Ingredients
  

  • Wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  • Place a wonton wrapper in the palm of your hand and add a teaspoon of filling in the center.
  • Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it in half to seal tightly.
  • Bring the two corners of the triangle together and pinch to seal.
  • Repeat until all filling is used.
  • In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil and add sliced mushrooms.
  • Gently drop in the wontons and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
