- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 hoagie rolls
- Sliced provolone cheese
- Giardiniera or sweet peppers
