Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup of red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of Kalamata olives pitted
  • 1/2 cup of green olives pitted
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup of Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry all the vegetables thoroughly.
  • Chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
  • Slice the cucumber thinly and incorporate it into the salad.
  • Finely chop the red onion and mix it in.
  • Add both Kalamata and green olives for a briny flavor.
  • Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top for creaminess.
  • Drizzle the Italian dressing evenly across the salad.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.
