  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in the flour to create a roux; cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream until smooth.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
  • Fold in the cooked macaroni and chopped lobster meat.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
