Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz noodles egg or udon
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 1 cup green onions chopped
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Increase heat to medium-high and add ground beef, cooking until browned.
  • Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  • Add the julienned carrots and chopped green onions, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  • Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet, mixing thoroughly with the beef mixture.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes to warm through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
