- 8 oz noodles egg or udon
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 inch ginger grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup carrots julienned
- 1 cup green onions chopped
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
