  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  • Place the thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes.
  • Broil on high for the last 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
