Ingredients
  

  • 250 g paneer cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes pureed
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the mixture thickens.
  • Mix in garam masala and chili powder, cooking for a few more minutes.
  • Add the cubed paneer and gently mix to coat.
  • Pour in the cream and season with salt.
  • Simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander.
  • Serve hot with naan or rice.
