- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped peanuts optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
Mix in the eggs, one at a time, until well blended.
Add vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
In a separate bowl, combine oats, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until combined.
