Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  • Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  • Add diced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Season with salt and black pepper; stir to combine.
  • Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Toast the hamburger buns lightly.
  • Spoon the beef mixture onto the bottom half of each bun.
  • Top with provolone cheese and cover with the other half of the bun.
