- 4 oz sashimi-grade salmon diced
- ½ avocado sliced
- ½ cup seaweed salad
- 1 small cucumber julienned
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until clear.
