- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 sandwich buns
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a saucepan, combine the shredded chicken and barbecue sauce.
Heat the mixture over medium heat until warmed through.
Slice the sandwich buns in half.
