- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups cooked pasta elbow macaroni or similar
- 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper; sauté until softened.
Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for about 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
