- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 orange segmented
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 avocado diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Wash the fresh spinach leaves thoroughly and pat them dry.
Place the spinach in a large salad bowl.
Segment the orange and add the pieces to the bowl.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and toss them in.
Thinly slice the red onion and add it for crunch.
Dice the avocado and gently fold it into the salad.
