Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash the strawberries and hull them.
  • Peel the banana and break it into smaller pieces.
  • In a blender, add the hulled strawberries and banana pieces.
  • Pour in 1 cup of yogurt.
  • Add 1/2 cup of milk.
  • If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  • Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
