- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Stir in apples, cranberries, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Mix in breadcrumbs until well combined.
Cut pockets into the pork chops carefully.
Stuff each chop generously with the filling.
Season the outside of the chops with salt and pepper.
In the skillet, sear the chops for 3-4 minutes on each side.
