- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, and milk.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
