  • 500 g pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup bell peppers red and green
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar.
  • Marinate the pork in the sauce mixture for 15 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the marinated pork and cook until browned.
  • Stir in bell peppers, onion, and pineapple chunks.
  • Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry.
  • Add the slurry to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
