- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Peel and boil sweet potatoes until tender, then drain.
Mash the sweet potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
Add sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the potatoes and mix until smooth.
