Ingredients
  

  • 200 g fresh truffles
  • 100 g pasta tagliatelle or fettuccine
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Drain the pasta and reserve some cooking water.
  • Add the pasta to the skillet with garlic butter.
  • Toss well to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
  • Grate fresh truffles over the pasta generously.
  • Mix in grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Plate the pasta and garnish with additional truffles and fresh herbs.
  • Serve immediately for the best flavor and aroma.
