Ingredients
  

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups béchamel sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Boil lasagna noodles until al dente and drain.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add shredded chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Spread a layer of béchamel sauce in a baking dish.
  • Layer 3 noodles, half of the chicken, and half of the ricotta.
  • Add a third of the mozzarella and repeat layers.
  • Finish with noodles, béchamel sauce, and remaining cheeses.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
