Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced into strips
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken strips in soy sauce and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Dredge chicken strips in cornstarch until fully coated.
  • Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Transfer to a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  • Toss fried chicken strips with the prepared sauce until well coated.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
